Spinal cord sections from E13.5 (A,B), E15.5 (C,D) and E18.5 (E,F) wild-type and mutant embryos were hybridized with a riboprobe for Pdgfra. The production of Pdgfra-positive oligodendrocyte progenitors is neither reduced nor delayed in the Nkx2.2 mutants.
