A range of phenotypes was observed depending on the concentration of dsRNA injected. Weaker RNAi produced worms in which most of the Pn.p cells had fused (short horizontal lines), Stronger RNAi produced worms in which most of the Pn.p cells were absent from the ventral cord (A).
