The oocytes were scanned either once (1; A,D) or continuously using the Kalman function of the confocal microscope for 15 (15; B,E) or 30 (30; C,F) scans. The ooplasmic streaming observed in wild-type oocyte is completely blocked in Khc mutant oocytes.
