Micrographs are SEMs of adult fly heads from flies containing
P[GMR-Gal4], P[GMR-arm*]F36 and either
P[UAS-lacZ] (A) or P[UAS-spenDN]II (B)
reared at 25°C. Expression of an activated form of Arm activates Wg
signaling and produces an eye that is severely reduced in size and is
suppressed by P[UAS-spenDN].
