(B) Coimmunoprecipitations were done with protein lysates from HEK293T cells transfected with Olig1/2-myc-his6 and Id1-4. OLIG proteins were pulled down with anti-his6 antibody and immunoblotted with anti-myc antibody, whereas specific ID antibodies were used to pull down or immunoblot IDs.
