Purified P7 rat OPCs were cultured and analysed as in Fig. 3, except that they were infected with either pBird, pBird-TAp63 or pBird-{Delta}Np63 vectors. The differences between the pBird and the pBird-{Delta}Np63 results in PDGF+TH are not statistically significant when analysed by Student's t-test (P>0.07).
