The disc was treated with 100 ng/ml LMB for 3 hours. Full-length Ci is
detected anterior to the AP boundary (e.g. arrow in A). In the
ß-gal-positive region where HhN levels are maximal (arrowheads) there is
a reduction of full-length Ci, but no effect on Sxl nuclear entry (B,E;
brighter, more punctate signal) (Horabin
