Proteins were immunoprecipitated from embryo extracts using rabbit IgG (control) or antibodies against the N-terminal segment unique to KIS-L ({alpha}-KIS-L). One-fifth of the total input extract (I) and supernatant (S), and four-fifths of the total pellet (P) were separated by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by western blotting.
