The Dcr2 RNAi enzyme stains nuclei (the nuclear rim is indicated by a circle) as prominent foci. A substantial part of these foci (arrows) colocalize with Polycomb bodies. This is not always the case for other RNAi components. The right panel shows that Dcr1, which stains the nuclear rim, does not significantly colocalize with Polycomb in the same tissues.
