PSM and the first somites (I-IV) of Myf5^nlacZ/+ targeted mice (Tajbakhsh et al., 1996) were co-cultured for 3 days with neural tube and C3H10T1/2 cells expressing Frizzled1 ${Delta}$ N (Fz1 ${Delta}$ N), Frizzled6 ${Delta}$ N (Fz6 ${Delta}$ N), Frizzled7 ${Delta}$ N (Fz7 ${Delta}$ N) or Sfrp3, or with control cells (C). Independent experiments (n=6) were performed in triplicate and averaged.
