PSM and the first somites (I-IV) of Myf5nlacZ/+ targeted mice (Tajbakhsh et al., 1996) were co-cultured for 3 days with neural tube and C3H10T1/2 cells expressing Frizzled1{Delta}N (Fz1{Delta}N), Frizzled6{Delta}N (Fz6{Delta}N), Frizzled7{Delta}N (Fz7{Delta}N) or Sfrp3, or with control cells (C). Independent experiments (n=6) were performed in triplicate and averaged.
