Fig. 4. Effect of Sf1/Crehigh-mediated β-catenin KO on adrenal expression of steroidogenic enzymes. Embryos from mice of the indicated genotypes were harvested at E12.5 or E13.5, processed as described in the Materials and methods, and used for in situ hybridization analyses.
