Levels of total Rac and RacGTP were evaluated using western blotting with anti-Rac antibodies. The lower panel represents the quantitation of scanned images. When compared with two wild-type controls, non-stimulated monocytes from two independent Abr-/-;Bcr-/- mutants showed approx. threefold higher levels of RacGTP.
