The assay in lane 4 included an excess of unlabelled probe as competitor (WT) and the assay in lane 5 included an excess of unlabelled mutated probe (Mut). Supershift assays included an anti XFast-1 antibody (lane 6) and an anti Flag antibody (lane 7).
