GFP positive, b1 integrin negative keratinocytes versus GFP negative, b1 integrin positive keratinocytes EGFPCre infected and uninfected control fl/fl keratinocytes were plated on a 35mm dish and filmed over a period of 24 hours. Frames were taken under fluorescence illumination  to detect GFP positive, b1 integrin negative cells. Note that the GFP positive keratinocytes fail to spread and are not motile.

GFP positive, b1 integrin negative keratinocytes versus GFP negative, b1 integrin positive keratinocytes EGFPCre infected and uninfected control fl/fl keratinocytes were plated on a 35mm dish and filmed over a period of 24 hours.
