In addition to these proximal epithelial, laminin {alpha}1 and E-cadherinHIGH distal epithelia are also detected. Ducts did not stain with laminin {alpha}1 in this experiment. (C) To confirm the proximal tubule identity, another section from the same metanephros was stained for cadherin 6.
