(B) Tau-lacZ (green) and anti-HRP staining (red) to show peripheral glial microtubule network and peripheral neurons, respectively. The glial microtubule network consists of long, rope-like structures (arrow) extending along the length of the cell. The image was collected on a laser-scanning confocal microscope.
