was generated using the neighbor-joining method from a CLUSTALW alignment of
the homeodomain. Bootstrap values were calculated from 1000 replicates. The
maximal parsimony method yielded a phylogenetic tree with identical topology
(bootstrap values calculated from 1000 replicates are shown in parentheses).
