affinity-purified anti-MOG-6 antibodies in wild-type adults and masculinized
adults (fem-3(q96gf)), but was absent in mog-6(q465) mutant
adults. A minor 42 kD protein (open arrow) was absent in q465
extracts but was also detected with preimmune serum (not shown). White
arrowheads indicate cross-reacting bands that are oogenesis-dependent, since
absent in masculinized animals.
