cyb-1::GFP transgene. Embryo stages are labeled. Note that CYB-1::GFP
signal is absent in the wild-type pronuclei stage embryo (immediately after
meiosis) but perdures in cul-2(RNAi) and zyg-11(RNAi)
embryos. Intestine autofluorescence is observed above the oocyte and eggs.
