This defect is already visible at stage 5 of hyl1-1 and dcl1-9 mutants (arrows in G,K). The expression domain of a boundary marker (STM::ALCR-alcA::erGFP) is enlarged in stage 6-7 flowers of hyl1-1 (H) and dcl1-9 (I) mutants compared with wild type (D). Scale bars: 100 µm.
