  Data S1. The zipped folder contains multiple tab-delimited text files in tabular format. The files should be opened in Microsoft Excel or other appropriate spreadsheet software for the best viewing. Each file contains expression ratios and annotation information about the individual genes belonging to various germline-enriched or soma-biased gene expression groups as defined in the text.
