The C terminus of HFz5-LRP6C was fused with GFP. (B) Hyperactivity of HFz5-LRP6C. S2 cells were treated with control or Dsh-dsRNA and transfected with the indicated plasmids. As control, Arg263, Leu443 or Lys525 of human FZ5 was mutated in HFz5-LRP6C. Membrane expressions of HFz5-LRP6C and its mutants were determined by the membrane biotinylation assay (insert).
