Confocal images of retinas of line 220 in wild-type and lak
background, following IPL sublamination. At 4 and 7 days post-fertilization
(dpf), two major sublaminae are observed both in wild type and in lak
animals. However, sublamination is perturbed locally in the mutant. Sublaminae
are some times absent (1), displaced relative to the adjacent regions (2) or
added ectopically (3).
