Each panel is a projection of 10 images from one focal plane acquired at 15-second intervals. Moving endosomes appear as elongated streaks, while non-moving endosomes appear as circular spots. Genotypes are noted in each panel. Arrows in A and B indicate areas that had streaming movements (see Movie 1 in the supplementary material). (E) Overall mean and peak endosome velocities are shown for each genotype. Numbers in or above bars show sample sizes. Peak velocities were calculated as means of the fastest 10% of endosomes of each genotype. Scale bar: 25 µm.
