  Fig. S2. In weak Tc'Kr RNAi situations, segmentation breaks down at a later point in time than in Tc'Kr^jaws. In such embryos, fewer segments are deleted. However, these weak phenotypes do not result in a canonical gap phenotype. In the embroys shown, the first 9 (A), 11 (B) and 12 (C) wg stripes are properly formed, while patterning is disrupted in more posterior segments.
