Skin sections were stained with antibodies against Dct, Tyr, Si, Tyrp1, Kit, Pax3, Mitf, Sox10, Lef1 or Mki67 (green), and with anti-ß-gal (red). Nuclear staining (blue) was with TO-PRO3.
