  Fig. S1. Levamisole resistance of nAChR mutants. Animals were exposed to 1 mM levamisole. After 2 hours, non-paralyzed animals were scored resistant. Error bars represent s.e.m. (n≥3).

• Supplemental Figure 2 -

  Fig. S2. unc-63 is not expressed in XXX cells. A Psdf-9::NLS-RFP fusion (pKOR1) (Okhura et al., 2003), which drives Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) expression specifically in the XXX cells, was injected into the transgenic strain krIs21Punc-63::unc-63-SL2-GFP. Transgenic animals were observed by confocal microscopy. We could not detect any colocalization between RFP and GFP (white arrow points to XXX). Scale bar: 20 μm.
