(C) Comparison of the size of the adult wings of M(3)67C/+, wild-type and esg-M+ flies. There are no significant differences. (D-F) Wing discs from prepupal larvae of the same genotypes as in C, stained for GFP, PH3 and wg. All the discs are of the same size.
