Fig. S2. Low expression of GFP in GV stage oocytes results in incomplete destruction of CPEB. RNA isolated from 10 GV stage oocytes was reverse transcribed and PCR amplified. The level of GFP expression in the fully-grown oocytes is significantly lower than in the whole ovary. There is also significantly more of the Cpeb mRNA (compare with Fig. 2B).
