  Fig. S1. mRNAs influenced by deletion of the Cebpa gene in the lung. A 2-D hierarchical clustering of mRNAs identified in the RNA microarray analysis was used to identify the 50 genes most influenced by deletion of the Cebpa gene. Intensity of the red and green color range indicates increased (A) and decreased (B) RNAs. Each row represents a single gene and each column represents a biological replicate of lung mRNA isolated from lungs of control or Cebpa^-/- mice. Each box represents the normalized RNA intensity value. Clustering was performed by UPGMA. Similarity measures were assessed utilizing standard correlation as described in the Materials and methods.
