(A-E'') Horizontal sections of E14.5 wild-type (A-E), Fgf8Null/Neo (A'-E') and Fgf8TelKO (A''-E'') brains were stained with Cresyl Violet. Structures were defined by their location and morphology. A,A',A'' are most dorsal and E,E',E'' are most ventral.
