pupal wings were dissected and stained with anti-Srf (red; B,F,J,N) and
anti-p-Mad (green; C,G,K,O) antibodies to label intervein and vein cells,
respectively; (D,H,L,P) overlay. Removing one genomic copy of shg
(I-L) or Rho1 (M-P) dramatically enhanced the cell fate defects of
sd>tkv-IR wings (E-H). The full genotypes were: (A-D)
