Only StripeA induced the ectopic expression of Shot. Arrowheads and brackets mark the ptc-gal4 domain. D',E' and F' represent higher magnification of D,E,F. Note the change in cell shape induced by StripeA (arrows in E,F and white outlines marking a single cell in each panel).
