Vibratome sections (100 µm) were immunolabeled with anti-NG2 antibodies and Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-rabbit immunoglobulins. DsRed fluorescence (red) is localized to the somata of NG2-immunoreactive (green) cells. DsRed+NG2+ cells are distributed uniformly throughout the CNS. Scale bars: 20 µm.
