Fig. 4. Sox10 expression in the pancreas. (A) Sox10 mRNA levels were determined by RT-PCR of RNA isolated from the pancreas of mouse embryos from E10.5 to E15.5 and compared with β-actin mRNA levels. Stomach (B-E) and pancreas (F-I) from mouse embryos harvested at E12.5 were stained by immunofluorescence for Sox10 (Cy3, red) and Phox2b (FITC, green), and co-stained with nuclear stain DAPI (blue).
