Adrenal glands were isolated from mice of the indicated genotypes as described in Materials and methods, and processed for immunohistochemical detection of Sf1 (antiserum A), β-catenin and tyrosine hydroxylase (Th). TUNEL assay was conducted on the section as described in the Materials and methods.
