(A) Alcian Blue-stained micromass cultures from mouse limb bud cells treated with Wnt3a for the indicated amount of time and cultured an additional 4 days. Longer exposure to Wnt3a gradually reduces the chondrogenicity of the cells. (B) Expression of Axin2^lacZ/+ reporter in cryosection of E13.5 forelimb bud.
