cells were starved for 4 hours before induction with DIF. Maximal nuclear
localization can be seen after 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, nuclear
accumulation is no longer visible. (D) Quantification of the kinetics
of GtaC-GFP nuclear import in response to DIF. Results shown are an average of
