Parsed and normalized dataset from Drosophila 2.0 Affymetrix arrays hybridized with probes from cells treated with control dsRNAs (A1-A3), ptip dsRNAs (B1-B3), PcG dsRNAs (C1-C3), PcG and ptip dsRNAs (D1-D3). Fold change is compared between controls and PcG knockdowns and between PcG and PTIP/PcG knockdowns. Note that in PTIP/PcG double knockdowns the fold change is reduced for most PcG target genes.
