Table S1. Set of promoters enriched by ChIP for both Pitx3 and Nurr1 in MN9D cells. ChIP-on-chip for Pitx3 and Nurr1 in MN9D cells identified 365 promoters that are enriched by both Pitx3 and Nurr1 false discovery rate (FDR)<0.01. Promoters that are enriched by both Pitx3 and Nurr1 in E14.5 mdDA neurons as well are indicated by an asterisk (*). The relative distance of the significant peak is indicated as a positive number (downstream TSS) or negative number (5′ upstream of transcription start site (TSS).
Table S2. Set of promoters enriched by ChIP for both Pitx3 and Nurr1 in E14.5 ventral midbrain derived mdDA neurons. ChIP-on-chip for Pitx3 and Nurr1 in vivo identified 58 promoters that are enriched by both Pitx3 and Nurr1 false discovery rate (FDR)<0.01. Promoters that are enriched by both Pitx3 and Nurr1 in MN9D cells as well are indicated by an asterisk (*). The relative distance of the significant peak is indicated as a positive number (downstream TSS) or negative number (5′ upstream of transcription start site (TSS).
Fig. S1. Nurr1 interacts with HDAC1 in vivo. Lysates of E14.5 mdDA neurons were subjected to IP for Nurr1 or pre-immune serum and immunoblotted for Nurr1 and HDAC1. I, input; IP, immunoprecipitation; Ctrl, pre-immune serum control.
