Alternate sagittal sections through the forelimb of an ScxGFP;Prx1Cre;R26R embryo at E16.5 were processed for β-galactosidase staining (A) and ScxGFP with MHC signals (B). Arrows indicate the tendons identified in B and the corresponding positions on the β-galactosidase-stained section in A, highlighting complete recombination in all tendon cells.
