Supplementary Material

DEV036061 Supplementary Material

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Supplemental Table S1 -

Table S1. Complete results of the IGN network analysis from E14.5 limb muscle. Each value is the average of four samples from animals coming from two litters. RT-qPCR was performed with geNorm normalisation. A non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis analysis of variance followed by post-hoc paired comparisons was performed. Significant values are marked by a +. A solidus (/) indicates not done.

  • Supplemental Table S2 -

Table S2. Complete results of the IGN network analysis from E14.5 placenta. Each value is the average of four samples from animals coming from two litters. RT-qPCR was performed with geNorm normalisation and analyzed by a non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis analysis of variance test followed by post-hoc paired comparisons. Significant values are marked by a +. A solidus (/) indicates not done.

  • Supplemental Figure S1 -

Fig. S1. H19 expression and growth curves during embryogenesis in Tg24 transgenic line. (A) H19 gene expression analysis of the Tg24 transgene during embryogenesis, in placenta, total embryo or liver and skeletal muscle between E10.5 and E18.5. The northern blots were exposed for different lengths of time. Lanes marked with correspond to samples used for RT-qPCR analysis, in which they displayed similar levels of expression. (B) H19 gene expression analysis of the Tg24 transgene in P5 neonates. Northern probe was an H19 cDNA. The tissues analyzed were brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung and limb muscle. (C) Growth curves during embryogenesis for H19Δ3mat/+ and H19Δ3mat/+;Tg littermate embryos. Error bars represent s.e.m.
