About the Cover
Cover: A tailbud stage Xenopus embryo that has received a graft of GFP-expressing cells into the neural plate. The narrowing of the graft (at the bottom) illustrates the convergent extension of posterior neural tissues. These cell movements require non-canonical Wnt signals. For further details, see article by J. B. Wallingford and R. M. Harland in this issue, Development 128, 2581-2592.
