About the Cover
Cover: Expression of Sp8 (blue) and Distal-less (red) in the legs of the Tribolium castaneum embryo. Sp8 and Distal-less border each other in the proximal part of the leg, but overlap in the distal region (purple). Both genes contribute to the outgrowth of the limb bud.
