Cover: Cross sections of C. elegans L4 larvae. MIG-17 ADAM protease is secreted from body wall muscle cells and localized to gonadal basement membrane in a COG complex-dependent manner. In wild type (left), MIG-17-GFP (red) is localized to the gonadal basement membrane; however, in cogc-3 mutants (right), this gonadal localization is not observed.
