Cover: Proliferative zones in a HH stage 18 chick embryo (dorsal view) are shown by immunostaining with anti-phosphohistone H3 (green). The region of Pax7 expression (red) in the dorsal neural tube closely overlaps with Wnt1/Wnt3a-responsive cells. Pax7 is also expressed in the neural crest and dermomyotome.
