About the Cover
Cover: Neonatal mouse cerebellum sagittal section immunostained for the glial marker GFAP (green) and insulin receptor substrate 1 (IRS1, red). IRS1 is found in proliferating cerebellar neural precursors, located in the external granule layer, and it is excluded from glia. IRS1 is necessary for cerebellar granule neuron precursor expansion.
