(B) Comparison of the relative levels of pLgl and Lgl in the wild-type, Lgl-overexpressing and Lgl-3A-overexpressing ovaries. Values were means of the three independent experiments, which were normalized with the amounts of α-Tubulin. The Lgl and pLgl levels in the wild type were set to 1.

      Fig. S2. Stau was partially mislocalized in stage 9 egg chambers with Lgl overexpression. In stage 9 egg chambers with Lgl-3A overexpression, Stau was frequently mislocalized to the center of the oocyte.

      Fig. S3. bcd mRNA in wild-type egg chambers. There is disc-shaped localization in the oocyte anterior (A), but in Lgl-3A overexpression bcd sometimes localized at the posterior of the oocyte.
